Shipping policy

Orders are mailed out daily. If your order is placed before 3:00 p.m. pacific standard time it will be mailed the same day. Once your order is dropped at USPS/FEDEX/UPS Chloes Artisan is not responsible for any lost or stolen package and recovery of package is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer.
